Michael Givens is the owner and founder of Givens Auto Service Center LLC. He has an associate's degree in automotive technology, has factory training in GM, Chrysler and Jeep while also being ASE certified. Givens Auto opened its doors in 2002. After more than 20+ years in business are BLESSED to still be here doing what they love! Givens Auto is the TRUE DEFINITION of a locally owned family run small business! Michael runs the shop and his wife Elizabeth Givens runs the office. They have one daughter O'nita Givens who is 12, she actually runs the whole show here if you ask customers. Our alternator went out over the weekend on our way home from work. We called Givens and they told us to bring it up there and they would try to squeeze it In on Monday, but if they weren't able to get to it before the end of the day Monday, they would get to it by the end of the day Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 Monday morning and they were able to squeeze us in and have us back on the road by 1:30 pm Monday afternoon! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and professional. We cannot recommend Givens enough! Thanks for your quick professional service!!
